Working hours: 

Monday - Thursday 7:00 am- 6:00 pm

Friday      7:00 am - 3:45 pm

Lunch break 12:00 pm - 12.45 pm 

Working hours on last working day preceding the public holiday are 1 hour shorter. 

People, willing to have an appointment with the Equal Opportunities Ombudsperson, are welcome to register in advance for second Thursday of the month. Registration is either by phone +370 706 63899 or e-mail lygybe@lygybe.lt. 

Each natural and legal person shall have the right to file a complaint with the Equal Opportunities Ombudsperson concerning a violation of equal rights.

The complaints shall be submitted in writing. The complainant or an authorised representative can file a complaint with the Equal Opportunities Ombudsperson by:

• post (Gedimino Ave. 11, LT-01103 Vilnius);
• email (lygybe@lygybe.lt);
• filling in the electronic complaint form;
• delivering the written complaint directly to the registry of the Office of the Equal Opportunities Ombudsperson (Gedimino Ave. 11, LT-01103 Vilnius).
